ACTORSITE CANCELLATION/MISSED CLASS POLICY

UPDATED MAKEUP POLICY (starting Dec 2025)

 4-WEEK GROUP CLASSES:

Actorsite group classes are small and capped to ensure individual attention, therefore all group classes must be paid in full in advance. There are no refunds, no transfers, and missed classes cannot be added to the end of the enrolled session.

Students are only allowed to make up ONE class per month.

We offer two scheduled makeup opportunities each month:
The Make Up Monday session takes place on the first Monday of the FOLLOWING month from 3:00–5:00pm PT / 6:00–8:00pm ET.

The Make Up Saturday session is held on the third Saturday of EACH month from 4:30–6:30pm PT / 7:30–9:30pm ET.

Students must register for their chosen makeup session using the link provided by their coach in the class email. During registration, students will be prompted to upload the material that was taught in the class they missed, as only that material may be worked on during the make up session. Once registered, students will receive the Zoom link prior to the session. Actors may stay for the full class to learn from observing the other actors in the class or they may exit after their individual turn.

If a scheduled Make Up session falls on a national holiday, it will be moved to the following week.

SPECIAL INTENSIVES:

No refunds or make ups available.

AUDITION COACHING:

Audition coaching sessions must be paid in full in advance, no refunds.  If a scheduling conflict arises after you’ve booked your session please reach out to your coach directly to reschedule according to their availability. Coaches reserve the right to still charge if less than 24 hours notice is given.
