The PILOT for this series has been shot, except for a few additional scenes to be added, and the series is picked up for an additional 12 episodes by HBO.
The creator of this project is Daniel Knauf, who also was a producer of Wolf Lake.
This is a story about a kind of X-files vision of a traveling Carnival during the depression.
Knowing how well HBO can nurture a story, I expect good things from this series.

I worked bg for this show twice (getting my set experience in before I got my "day" job). The first time they were on episode 4 already (this was in March). The crew is great although the conditions are unpredictable. Just an FYI
