ACTORSITE CANCELLATION/MISSED CLASS POLICY

 4-WEEK GROUP CLASSES:

Group classes must be paid in full in advance, no refunds, no transfers.  Missed classes cannot be added onto the end of the enrolled session. 

Students are only allowed to make up one class per month. To be eligible you must give advance notice of your absence by emailing Actorsite (actorsite@actorsite.com) with the subject “MAKE UP MONDAY” at least 24 hours ahead of your class start time. 

Students may only work on class material that was taught during their missed class in the make up class.

The “Make Up Monday” class will be held the first Monday of the following month from 3:00-5:00pm (Pacific). An email will be sent to those on the makeup class list with the zoom link prior to that class. Makeup class students can stay for the entire makeup class to watch and learn from all of the other students’ work, or they can leave the zoom after their turn.

We understand that sometimes auditions and bookings are scheduled last minute and might occur within the required 24 hour notice window.  One of our goals is to train each actor to be prepared for precisely those types of opportunities, therefore absences for auditions & bookings would still fall under the cancellation policy outlined above.

No refunds or make ups available.

AUDITION COACHING:

Audition coaching sessions must be paid in full in advance, no refunds.  If a scheduling conflict arises after you’ve booked your session please reach out to your coach directly to reschedule according to their availability. Coaches reserve the right to still charge if less than 24 hours notice is given.
